Mister Cool operates in compliance with an internationally based quality standard.

We at Mister Cool decided that we wanted to be a refreshingly different company and in 1999 we started the polishing and grooming it takes to become an ABISO certified air conditioning supplier. Since then, we have undergone training, standardised our record-keeping and established business practices that are designed to assure you that you've come to the right place. With years of quality management practice behind us, we are continuing our quest for high standards and customer service by working towards the ISO 9002 certification.

The Management of Mister Cool (Pty) Ltd recognise the value of ABISO 1998 Quality Management System and are committed to maintaining it. We have also introduced our staff to the system and strive, as a team, towards giving excellent service and client satisfaction. We, together with our staff, accept our responsibilities of the quality management system in ensuring that our goals and objectives are obtainable.
